Reborn

01 What it is

Reborn is a sampler with the soul of vintage hardware — milled graphite and a phosphor-green CRT screen. Drop in any sound and it instantly detects the root, locks a zero-crossing loop, and slices it into transients across 16 pads — playable on the spot.

02 A second life

Drop in a break, a bassline, a pad, and Reborn gives the sound a second life. Play it one-shot MPC-style with choke on re-trigger, or switch to kit mode: a different sound on every pad.

03 Under the hood

A real-time polyphonic engine, a multimode filter (LP/HP/BP/NT) with resonance, drive and envelope, an amp ADSR, and a 7-unit effects chain. The PERFORM macros — Warmth, Bite, Motion, Space — and an XY pad shape the sound in a single gesture.
